How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible at support@finalform.com.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes â a confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1â3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7â15 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon â stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@finalform.com we'll investigate right away.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@finalform.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5â7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund â no return required.

Are your accessories compatible with my VR headset?
Our accessories are designed for Meta Quest, Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and other major VR/AR devices. Check each product page for specific compatibility details.
Are your charging cables compatible with non-VR devices?
Yes! Our USB-C cables and magnetic chargers work with any USB-C compatible device, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes â all Final Form products are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. As your seller, we are your point of contact for all warranty claims â you never need to deal with the manufacturer directly.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at support@finalform.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll review your claim and respond within 1â2 business days with a resolution â whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.
Who handles the warranty?
Final Form handles all warranty claims on your behalf. Once you contact us, we take care of everything behind the scenes so you get a fast, hassle-free resolution.
