We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
